Preparazione
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- 2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, Frischkäse, Backpulver, and Salz.
- 4. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- 5. Spoon the mixture into round portions onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
