🥔 Warm Beetroot Potato Salad with Chives

Ingredienti
- 500 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 200 g Boiled beetroot (jar)
- 20 g Chives
- 30 ml Rapeseed oil
- 10 g Hacker butter
- 15 g Whole grain mustard
- 10 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 3 g Salt
Preparazione
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Boil them in salted water for 20 minutes until pierced with a fork.
- 2. Remove the potatoes from the water and slice them into thick rounds. Keep them warm.
- 3. Cut the beetroot into equal-sized cubes. Rinse them briefly under cold water.
- 4. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 5. Whisk the oil, melted hacker butter, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a small bowl.
- 6. Add the warm potato and beet cubes to a bowl. Add the dressing sauce and fold gently.
- 7. Sprinkle the chives over it and serve the salad warm.
