🍠 Warm Baked Beetroot Cheese Bites with Thyme

Ingredienti
- 200 g Beetroot (cooked, diced into small cubes)
- 150 g Semi-hard goat cheese, diced into small cubes
- 4 EL Chestnut puree (canned)
- 4 Zweige Fresh thyme
- 2 EL Walnut oil
- 20 g Hazelnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 TL Xanthan gum (optional, for thickening) or cornstarch
Preparazione
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a small baking dish with baking paper.
- 2. Mix the diced beetroot with the chestnut puree. Stir in half of the chopped hazelnuts.
- 3. Spread the beetroot mixture in the dish. Place the goat cheese cubes on top. Sprinkle the remaining thyme and hazelnuts over it.
- 4. Drizzle the walnut oil over it. Bake the bites for 12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are slightly crispy.
- 5. Take the dish out. Place the bites on small plates while warm and serve as an appetizer.
