  2. 2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the onions and carrots for 3 minutes.

  4. 4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and pour them over the vegetables in the pan. Stir quickly until the egg sets.
  5. 5. Add the cold rice to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the vegetables and egg.
  6. 6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice. Fry everything for 2 minutes while stirring constantly until the rice is hot.
