Ingredienti
- 300g Fish fillet (e.g. cod)
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Pepper
- 50g Almonds
- 2 EL Lime juice
- 2 EL Olive oil
Preparazione
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
- 3. Add the pepper and almonds, sauté briefly.
- 4. Add the fish fillets and coconut milk, simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5. Season with lime juice and serve.
