  2. 2. Press the water out of the tofu and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a bowl. Toss the tofu cubes in it until completely coated.
  4. 4. Fry the tofu cubes in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 10 minutes until crispy on all sides.
  5. 5. Peel the cucumber and carrot and cut them into thin strips or slices.
  6. 6. Distribute the rice into the meal-prep containers. Top with the crispy tofu, cucumber, and carrot.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the bowls and close the lids for storage.
