Ingredienti
- 4 Eggs
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Pepper
- 1 TL cumino
- 1 TL Paprika powder
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Olive oil
Preparazione
- 1. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 2. Add pepper and continue to fry.
- 3. Add tomatoes, cumin and paprika.
- 4. Crack eggs onto the tomato mixture.
- 5. Cover and cook until the eggs are done.
