- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Spinach
- 50 g feta
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Preparazione
- 1. Saute the onion in olive oil.
- 2. Add the spinach and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add the eggs and cook while stirring.
- 4. Add the feta and fold it in.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
