Ingredienti
- 400 g Lamb
- 2 Stück Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (3 cm) Ginger
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 150 g Yogurt
- 2 TL Garam Masala
- 1 TL cumino
Preparazione
- 1. Cut the lamb into cubes and brown it.
- 2. Finely chop the onions, garlic, and ginger and add them to the lamb.
- 3. Dice the tomatoes and add them.
- 4. Sprinkle in the garam masala and cumin and mix well.
- 5. Stir in the yogurt and simmer on low heat.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
