Ingredienti
- 1 Rolle (ca. 250 g) Puff pastry (thawed)
- 200 g Mozzarella balls (in brine)
- 4 EL (ca. 60 g) Basil pesto (cold)
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Prise Salt
Preparazione
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C conventional heat.
- 2. Place the puff pastry in a 20x20 cm baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3. Slice the mozzarella balls into thin rounds.
- 4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 5. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the pastry base.
- 6. Distribute the tomato halves and mozzarella slices evenly on top.
- 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 8. Bake the tart for 20 minutes in the oven until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
