🍚 Riso veloce con chorizo e verdure

Ingredienti
- 240 g Short rice noodles
- 150 g Chorizo sausage (raw, sliced)
- 150 g Onion
- 150 g Pepper (red)
- 500 ml Beef stock
- 20 g Tomato paste
- 10 g Cilantro (fresh)
Preparazione
- 1. Wash the rice noodles under cold water and let them drain.
- 2. Cut the onion and pepper into small cubes.
- 3. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the chorizo slices and fry them for 3 minutes until crispy.
- 4. Add the onions and peppers and fry them for 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the tomato paste and fry it for 1 minute.
- 6. Pour in the beef stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 7. Add the rice noodles, stir and let everything simmer for 8 minutes until the noodles are cooked.
- 8. Turn off the heat and mix the chopped cilantro into the dish.
