Ingredienti
- Pesche 2 pezzi
- Pudding al vaniglia in polvere 0.5 bustina
- Zucchero 15 g
- Succo di maracuja 250 ml
- Yogurt di soia alla vaniglia 250 g
- Spalmabile fresco vegano, naturale 75 g
- Menta, fresca 10 g
- Crocante alle nocciole 4 cucchiaino
Preparazione
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- 4. Place the peach cubes in a bowl.
- 5. Take a second bowl.
- 6. Mix vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and 4 tbsp passion fruit juice in it.
- 7. Take a third bowl.
- 8. Mix soy yogurt vanilla and vegan spread natural there until smooth.
- 9. Wash the mint.
- 10. Shake the mint dry.
- 11. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 12. Pour the remaining passion fruit juice into a pot.
- 13. Bring the juice to a boil.
- 14. Add the pudding powder mixture.
- 15. Stir the mixture constantly with a whisk.
- 16. Let the mixture come to a boil once.
- 17. Place the pot in an ice-cold water bath.
- 18. Let the mixture cool down in it for approx. 3 min.
- 19. Stir the mixture occasionally while doing so.
- 20. Distribute the peach cubes onto 4 glasses.
- 21. Add the soy yogurt cream on top.
- 22. Add the passion fruit pudding as a topping on top.
- 23. Chill the glasses for approx. 30 min.
- 24. Garnish the dessert with mint and hazelnut crunch.
- 25. Serve the dessert.
