  7. 7. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  8. 8. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
  9. 9. Let the omelet set at high heat for about three to four minutes.

  12. 12. Tear one third of the mozzarella into small pieces by hand.
