Ingredienti
- Eggs 2 pezzi
- Pickles 3 pezzi
- Mayonnaise 5 cucchiaio
- panna acida 2 cucchiaio
- Salt pizzico
- Pepper, black ground pizzico
- Rye bread 4 fette
- Crispy ham sliced 8 fette
- Cress bed 10 g
Preparazione
- 1. In a pot bring about 1 Liter water to a boil and cover. Place the eggs in the bubbling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, shock under cold water and peel. Slice.
- 2. Drain the pickles and dice finely. In a bowl mix with mayonnaise and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread the bread slices with mayonnaise. Top with egg and crispy ham if desired. Decorate with cress and serve the crispy ham and egg sandwich. Buon appetito!
