Ingredienti
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Quark 40 % fat in total 150 g
- Milk 5 tbsp
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Baking powder 1 packet
Preparazione
- 1. In a bowl, mix the egg, the quark, the milk and the oil well. Mix the flour together with a pinch of salt and the baking powder and then add it to the quark-oil mixture.
- 2. Knead the dough with a hand mixer and dough hooks. Then shape it into a ball with your hands on a lightly floured surface. Then process and bake the quark-oil dough as indicated in the recipe. Enjoy!
