  1. 1. Finely chop the chocolate. In a pot, warm the cream, Prosecco, and the chocolate over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted.
  2. 2. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Then stir in the soft butter and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. 3. Then, use a tablespoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and form them into small balls. Put the powdered sugar in a bowl and roll the balls in it. Store the Prosecco truffles in a cool, dry place or serve immediately. Enjoy!
