Ingredienti
- cioccolata bianca 200 g
- panna da montare 50 g
- Prosecco 50 ml
- burro 50 g
- zucchero a velo 50 g
Preparazione
- 1. Finely chop the chocolate. In a pot, warm the cream, Prosecco, and the chocolate over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted.
- 2. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Then stir in the soft butter and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 3. Then, use a tablespoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and form them into small balls. Put the powdered sugar in a bowl and roll the balls in it. Store the Prosecco truffles in a cool, dry place or serve immediately. Enjoy!
