Ingredienti
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Flour, Type 405 200 g
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Crema di nocciole e nougat 100 g
Preparazione
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
- 2. Add flour, sugar and salt and stir everything well.
- 3. Stir in the milk gradually.
- 4. Keep stirring until a smooth and slightly thick batter has formed.
- 5. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladleful of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly.
- 8. Fry the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Flip the pancake as soon as it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- 10. Fry the other side for another approx. 30 seconds until golden brown.
- 11. Spread the finished pancakes with the Nuss-Nougat-Creme.
- 12. Serve the pancakes immediately and enjoy!
