Ingredienti
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Salt pinch
- zucchero a velo 120 g
- Hazelnut kernels, ground 125 g
- Baking wafers 30 pcs
- Walnut kernels 4 tbsp
Preparazione
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan-assisted.
- 2. Separate the eggs and reserve the egg yolks for another dish.
- 3. Put the egg whites and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 4. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer and whisk until stiff.
- 5. Slowly stir the icing sugar into the egg mixture.
- 6. Keep whipping until the mixture is firm and glossy.
- 7. Gently fold the hazelnuts into the mixture.
- 8. Place the wafers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Place small portions of the mixture onto the wafers.
- 10. Place a walnut on each portion.
- 11. Bake the meringues for about 20 minutes in the oven.
- 12. Remove the meringues when they are lightly baked.
- 13. Store the finished meringues in an airtight container.
