🍳 Mini-pancake ai cereali

Ingredienti
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Zucchero 2 tbsp
- Latte 200 ml
- Sale q.b.
- Farina di grano, tipo 405 300 g
- Olio 2 tbsp
- Mirtilli, freschi 100 g
- Gocce di cioccolato 50 g
Preparazione
- 1. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk, and a pinch of salt well. Sift the flour into the bowl and stir everything into a slightly thick batter. Fill the batter into a piping bag or, alternatively, into a freezer bag, cutting off one corner thinly.
- 2. Heat 1 tsp. of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Use the piping bag to squeeze small portions of batter into the pan and bake for about 1 minute on each side. Place the finished pancake cereals on a plate and repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
- 3. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly. Serve the mini pancakes in bowls together with the blueberries and chocolate chips. Enjoy! Tip: To prevent the mini pancakes from sticking together, make sure to leave enough space when squeezing out the batter.
