Ingredienti
- Limette biologiche 1 pz.
- Yogurt di soia 500 g
- Sciroppo d'acero 2 cucchiai
- Anguria 0.5 pz.
- Olio 2 cucchiai
- Menta, fresca 5 g
Preparazione
- 1. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 2. Finely grate about two teaspoons of the zest.
- 3. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Mix the soy yogurt, lime zest, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- 5. Season the mixture with a little lime juice to taste.
- 6. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until you need it.
- 7. Cut the half watermelon with rind into four large quarters.
- 8. Cut about five-centimeter-thick slices from these quarters.
- 9. Preheat your grill.
- 10. Brush the melon pieces with oil.
- 11. Place the melon on the grill.
- 12. Grill the steaks for about three minutes on each side.
- 13. Remove the grilled watermelon from the grill and place it on a plate.
- 14. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 15. Shake the mint dry.
- 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 17. Serve the warm melon steaks.
- 18. Garnish them with the lime soy yogurt dip and the fresh mint.
