Ingredienti
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Milk 200 ml
- Sugar 40 g
- Cinnamon pinch
- Toast bread 4 slices
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- zucchero a velo 1 cucchiaio
Preparazione
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 2. Add the milk.
- 3. Stir the sugar and cinnamon into the egg milk.
- 4. Dip a slice of toast briefly into the mixture.
- 5. Turn the slice so the other side gets wet too.
- 6. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Place the toast slice in the hot pan.
- 8. Fry the side for about three minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Turn the slice and fry the other side until golden brown too.
- 10. Remove the finished slice from the pan.
- 11. Repeat the process with the remaining toast slices.
- 12. Dust the French toast with icing sugar.
- 13. Serve the dish immediately warm.
