🍰 Torta al formaggio con banana e cioccolato

Ingredienti
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Burro 80 g
- zucchero a velo 220 g
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- Cream cheese, plain 300 g
- 300 g di mascarpone
- Vanilla sugar 20 g
- Bananas 3 pcs.
- Chocolate, dark 125 g
Preparazione
- 1. Separate one egg. Use the egg white for another purpose.
- 2. Put the egg yolk in a bowl.
- 3. Add 80 g of butter.
- 4. Add 60 g of icing sugar.
- 5. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- 6. Add the flour to the bowl.
- 7. Add the cocoa to the bowl.
- 8. Mix everything with a hand mixer until the dough is well combined.
- 9. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
- 10. Put the dough into the prepared pan.
- 11. Put the dough in the fridge for a while.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

- 14. Put dried legumes on the baking paper.
- 15. Bake the dough base for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Remove the baking paper from the oven.
- 17. Remove the dried legumes.
- 18. Bake the dough base for another 3 minutes.
- 19. Put cream cheese in a clean bowl.
- 20. Put mascarpone in the bowl.
- 21. Whisk the remaining eggs.
- 22. Add the whisked eggs to the bowl.
- 23. Add the remaining icing sugar to the bowl.
- 24. Add the vanilla sugar to the bowl.
- 25. Mix the cream well until smooth.
- 26. Peel the bananas.
- 27. Slice the bananas.
- 28. Gently fold the banana slices into the cream.
- 29. Distribute the cream evenly over the dough base.
- 30. Bake the cake for approx. 35 minutes.
- 31. Let the cake cool.
- 32. Put about 500 ml of water in a pot.
- 33. Bring the water to a boil.
- 34. Chop the chocolate roughly.
- 35. Put the chocolate in a small metal bowl.
- 36. Place the metal bowl over the hot water (bain-marie).
- 37. Let the chocolate melt.
- 38. Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled cake.
- 39. Distribute the chocolate evenly.
- 40. Let the chocolate set.
- 41. Cut the cake into pieces.
- 42. Serve the cake.
