Ingredienti
- Cevapcici di manzo 800 g
- Peperini 3 pezzi
- Pomodorini 300 g
- Cipolle rosse 1 pezzi
- Limoni 1 pezzi
- Olive verdi 50 g
- Menta fresca 10 g
- Olio d'oliva 4 cucchiaio
- Sale q.b.
- Pepe nero macinato q.b.
- Feta 100 g
- Yogurt greco 200 g
Preparazione
- 1. Take the Cevapcici out of the fridge and let them reach room temperature for a moment.
- 2. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
- 3. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers.
- 4. Slice the cucumbers thinly at a slight angle.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 7. Halve the red onion.
- 8. Peel off the outer skin of the onion.
- 9. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 10. Halve the lemon.
- 11. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 12. Drain the olives in a sieve.
- 13. Slice the olives into thin rings.
- 14. Wash the mint.
- 15. Shake the mint dry.
- 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 17. Chop the mint leaves roughly.
- 18. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to a bowl.
- 19. Add 3 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- 20. Whisk the oil and lemon juice together well.
- 21. Season the mixture with salt.
- 22. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 23. Add the prepared vegetables to the dressing mixture.
- 24. Add the chopped mint.
- 25. Toss everything gently with the dressing.
- 26. Set the salad aside to let the flavors meld.
- 27. Pat the feta cheese dry with a kitchen towel.
- 28. Crumble the cheese finely into a clean bowl.
- 29. Add the yogurt to the cheese.
- 30. Mix the cheese and yogurt thoroughly.
- 31. Season the dip with salt.
- 32. Season the dip with pepper.
- 33. Add a little of the remaining lemon juice.
- 34. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 35. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan or grill pan.
- 36. Set the heat to a high level.
- 37. Place the Cevapcici in the hot pan.
- 38. Fry the Cevapcici on all sides.
- 39. Cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 40. Cook until they are golden brown.
- 41. Plate the Cevapcici.
- 42. Add the Greek salad.
- 43. Serve the feta dip alongside.
