Ingredienti
- oat flakes, fine 20 g
- milk 200 ml
- bananas 50 g
- avocado 50 g
- rapeseed oil 1 tsp
Preparazione
- 1. Grind the oat flakes for 8 seconds at speed 8 in the mixing bowl. Then add the milk and cook for 15 minutes at 100 °C at speed 3.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel the banana and cut it into coarse pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- 3. Add the prepared ingredients to the oat flakes and puree everything with the oil for 20 seconds at speed 8. Pour the baby food into a container, let it cool, and then serve.
