🍕 Pita-Pizza con insalata di cetrioli

Ingredienti
- 320 g pomodori (4 pomodori)
- 200 g peperoni gialli (1 peperone giallo)
- 1 mazzetto basilico
- 40 g parmigiano (1 pezzo)
- 100 g concentrato di pomodoro (tubetto)
- 500 g pane piadina (o pane pita)
- 300 g prosciutto di tacchino
- 300 g gouda a fette (30 % di grassi)
- Origano (a piacere)
- 1500 g cetriolo da insalata (3 cetrioli da insalata)
- 0.5 limone biologico
- 40 g olio di colza (4 cucchiai)
- Sale
- Pepe
- 1 pizzico zucchero
- 1 mazzetto erba cipollina
Preparazione
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut out the hard stem areas of the tomatoes in a wedge shape.
- 3. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- 4. Halve the bell pepper.
- 5. Carefully remove the inside and seeds.
- 6. Wash the deseeded pepper.
- 7. Cut the pepper into rings about one centimeter thick.
- 8. Wash the basil.
- 9. Spin the basil dry.
- 10. Pluck the small leaves from the stems.
- 11. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 12. Grate the Parmesan cheese finely.
- 13. Put the tomato paste into a small bowl.
- 14. Add the chopped basil to the tomato paste.
- 15. Add the grated Parmesan.
- 16. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 17. Cut the pita bread open.
- 18. Spread the tomato-cheese mixture on both halves of the bread.
- 19. Top the pita halves with ham.
- 20. Distribute the tomato slices on top.
- 21. Place the pepper rings on top.
- 22. Finally sprinkle the pizzas with cheese.
- 23. Sprinkle oregano over them as desired.
- 24. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 25. Place one pita half on each tray.
- 26. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 27. Use convection if your oven has this function.
- 28. Bake the pizzas for about eight minutes.
- 29. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
- 30. Remove the hard ends of the cucumbers.
- 31. Slice the cucumbers thinly using a vegetable peeler.
- 32. Put the cucumber slices into a salad bowl.
- 33. Rinse the half lemon under hot water.
- 34. Dry the lemon.
- 35. Grate some fine zest from the lemon.
- 36. Squeeze the lemon.
- 37. Put the lemon juice into a small bowl.
- 38. Add the grated lemon zest to the juice.
- 39. Add the oil to the lemon mixture.
- 40. Whisk everything vigorously with a whisk.
- 41. Season the sauce with salt.
- 42. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 43. Add a pinch of sugar.
- 44. Wash the chives.
- 45. Spin the chives dry.
- 46. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 47. Add the chive rings to the sauce.
- 48. Fold the sauce under the cucumbers.
- 49. Cut each pita pizza into ten pieces.
- 50. Serve the pizzas with the cucumber salad.
