🥤 Fruttato Smoothie ai Frutti di Bosco con Guarnizione di Insalata di Frutta

Ingredienti
- 800 g fragole
- 400 g lamponi
- 1 arancia
- 2 cucchiaio sciroppo di riso
- 3 Stiele melissa
- 30 g mandorle (2 cucchiaio)
Preparazione
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries.
- 2. Cut about 400 grams of the strawberries in half.
- 3. Place the remaining strawberries into a blender.
- 4. Wash the raspberries.
- 5. Take about 200 grams of the raspberries and add them to the blender as well.
- 6. Cut the orange in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- 8. Add the orange juice and rice syrup to the fruits in the blender.
- 9. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is smooth and fine.
- 10. Distribute the finished smoothie onto deep plates.
- 11. Place the remaining berries on top of the smoothie as a topping.
- 12. Wash the lemon balm.
- 13. Shake the lemon balm dry.
- 14. Pluck the leaves from the lemon balm stems.
- 15. Chop the almonds coarsely.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and lemon balm leaves over the berries.
