- 300 g Gouda medio
- 4 uova
- 3 albumi
- sale
- pepe nero (macinato al momento)
- noce moscata (grattugiata fresca)
- burro (per gli stampi)
- 4 stampi per porzioni
Preparazione
- 1. Grate the cheese. Separate the eggs by dividing the egg whites from the yolks. Grease the ramekins generously with soft butter. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- 2. Gently fold in the egg yolks and the grated Gouda, then season to taste. Fill the mixture into the ramekins and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. Serve the soufflé immediately.
