  4. 4. Heat some oil in a small pan.
  5. 5. Add the onion cubes and the spring onion rings to the pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  7. 7. Divide the sautéed onion mixture evenly into two pans.
  8. 8. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  9. 9. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Grate the cheese finely.
  11. 11. Stir the grated cheese into the egg mixture.
  12. 12. Add one teaspoon of butter to each of the two pans.
  13. 13. Heat the butter in the pans.
  14. 14. Spread a quarter of the egg mixture into each of the two pans.
