Ingredienti
- 1.5 bell peppers
- 250 g corn
- 1 handful cress
- 120 g grated Gouda
- 100 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- 4 wraps (ready-made product)
Preparazione
- 1. Remove the seeds and inner core of the bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Drain the corn in a sieve. Take half of the corn and chop it finely.
- 3. Wash the cress thoroughly. Shake it dry so that no water remains on it.
- 4. Add the diced bell pepper, the chopped corn, the remaining whole corn kernels, and the cress to a bowl.
- 5. Grate the cheese finely. Add the grated cheese and the sour cream alternative (Schmand) to the vegetable mixture.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 7. Spoon the vegetable-cheese mixture onto the wraps. Spread it out evenly.
- 8. Roll the wraps up tightly so that the filling does not fall out.
