- Lemon juice
Preparazione
- 1. Hold the soles under cold, running water and rinse them thoroughly.
- 2. Carefully dry the fish with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Drizzle some lemon juice over the fillets.
- 4. Let the fish rest for 15 minutes.
- 5. After the resting time, dry the fillets again with the towel.
- 6. Place the soles on the grill grate.
- 7. Grill the fish in the preheated grill for 5 minutes on the first side.
- 8. Turn the fish and grill it for another 5 minutes on the second side.
- 9. Sprinkle some salt over the finished fish at the end.
