Ingredienti
- 400 g very fresh salmon fillet
- 2 spring onions
- 3 sprigs dill
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
Preparazione
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Slice the fish into paper-thin pieces. Arrange the slices decoratively on four plates.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly. Trim off the dry ends and slice the onions into thin rings.
- 3. Wash the dill and shake it dry to remove excess water. Finely chop the herbs. Mix the dill with lemon juice and oil, along with the spring onion rings. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Distribute the prepared spring onion and dill mixture evenly over the salmon slices.
