🍝 Creamy Turkey Mushroom Pasta

Ingredienti
- 200 g Whole grain penne
- 300 g Turkey breast strips
- 250 g Button mushrooms
- 1 Stk Onion
- 150 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 15 ml Rapeseed oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 5 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Parsley (dried)
Preparazione
- 1. Cook the penne in salted water al dente (firm to the bite) according to package instructions. Reserve 100 ml of cooking water.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and quarter the mushrooms.
- 3. Fry the turkey strips in 10 ml oil in a large pan for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove them.
- 4. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the remaining oil for approx. 5 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- 5. Add the garlic and paprika powder and stir for 1 more minute.
- 6. Pour the cream into the pan and let it simmer slightly. Season with salt and parsley.
- 7. Return the pasta and turkey strips to the pan. Mix everything well with the cooking water.
- 8. Let the sauce thicken for 2 minutes. Portion the pasta into 4 containers for taking away.
