🥚 Creamy Mustard Egg Melt

Ingredienti
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Gouda cheese, grated
- 20 g Mustard (hot)
- 15 g Butter
- 4 Scheiben Bread (thick sliced)
- 10 g Fresh chives
Preparazione
- 1. Whisk the 4 eggs in a bowl. Stir the mustard into the eggs.
- 2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and stir gently until it begins to set.
- 3. Moisten one side of the bread slices with the remaining egg mixture (if any) or a little water. Place the bread slices on top of the omelette.
- 4. Generously sprinkle the grated cheese over the bread slices. Cover the pan and let the toast sandwich melt for 2 minutes until the cheese is liquid.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Cut the sandwiches in half and garnish with freshly chopped chives. Serve immediately.
