  1. 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thick slices.
  2. 2. Mix the mayonnaise, chopped parsley and basil leaves, lemon juice, pressed garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until a creamy green sauce forms.
  3. 3. Arrange the mushroom slices on a baking sheet. Brush them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle the paprika powder and a pinch of salt over them.
  4. 4. Grill the mushrooms at 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until soft and golden brown. Turn them after 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the hot mushrooms. Serve them hot with the cold green aioli for dipping.
