- 2 Stück Pear
- 200 g Green Beans
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 Stück Onion
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Prise Salt and Pepper
- 500 ml Vegetable Broth
Preparazione
- 1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry.
- 2. Add the onion and fry until translucent.
- 3. Add the beans and fry briefly.
- 4. Cut the pears into pieces and add them.
- 5. Add the vegetable broth and simmer.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
