🥡 Asian Tofu Vegetable Bowl with Peanut Sauce

Ingredienti
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 40 g Peanut butter
- 30 ml Soy sauce
- 15 ml Sesame oil
- 10 g Ginger (fresh)
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 5 g Chili flakes
- 100 ml Water
- 10 g Sesame seeds
Preparazione
- 1. Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions in salted water. Let it cool down.
- 2. Press the water out of the tofu, cut it into 2 cm cubes, and fry it in 10 ml of sesame oil in a pan until golden brown. Remove it from the pan.
- 3. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
- 4. Steam the broccoli and bell peppers in the same pan with a little water for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon (optional), the grated ginger, the chopped garlic, chili flakes, and 100 ml of water into a smooth sauce.
- 6. Put the rice, vegetables, and tofu into 4 storage containers. Put the peanut sauce in separate small containers or directly on top, depending on preference.
- 7. Sprinkle the bowls with sesame seeds before serving.
