🥒 Stuffed Zucchini Cannelloni with Mozzarella

Ingrédients
- 4 große Zucchini
- 250 g Cottage Cheese
- 150 g Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 EL Tomato Paste
- 400 ml Passata
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Dried Basil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Préparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- 3. Use a spoon to scoop out the inside of the zucchini to create a hollow. Do not take too much piece with it as it might break. Keep the hollowed shape.
- 4. Mix the cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 5. Fill the mixture into the zucchini halves.
- 6. Mix the tomato paste with the passata and a pinch of salt.
- 7. Place the stuffed zucchini in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over them. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
- 8. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
