🍳 Zucchini-Potato Frittata with Basil

Ingrédients
- 200 g Zucchini
- 250 g Potatoes
- 150 g Mozzarella
- 4 Eggs
- 10 g Basil
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Préparation
- 1. Wash the zucchini and slice it thinly. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, peel them, and cut them into cubes.
- 2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and chop the basil roughly.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl with salt and pepper. Gently fold in the zucchini, potatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and smooth the surface.
- 5. Cook the frittata over medium heat for 10 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the edges are set. Turn on the grill and cook for 5 minutes until the top is set.
- 6. Remove the frittata from the pan, let it rest for 5 minutes, and cut it into squares for serving.
