  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds (approx. 5 mm).
  2. 2. Brush olive oil on a baking sheet. Place the zucchini slices on it and bake for 10 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Mix the tomato paste with 4 tablespoons of water, salt, and pepper to form a sauce.
  4. 4. Layer half the sauce, then the zucchini, then the goat cheese and hard cheese slices in a casserole dish.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining sauce over it and place the basil leaves on top.
  6. 6. Bake the casserole for 15 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden brown.
  7. 7. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before serving.
