🍆 Zucchini Parmigiana Casserole with Goat Cheese

Ingrédients
- 400 g Zucchini
- 100 g Hard cheese (like Pecorino)
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese
- 2 Esslöffel Tomato paste
- 10 Blätter Basil (fresh)
- 2 Esslöffel Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Préparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds (approx. 5 mm).
- 2. Brush olive oil on a baking sheet. Place the zucchini slices on it and bake for 10 minutes until tender.
- 3. Mix the tomato paste with 4 tablespoons of water, salt, and pepper to form a sauce.
- 4. Layer half the sauce, then the zucchini, then the goat cheese and hard cheese slices in a casserole dish.
- 5. Pour the remaining sauce over it and place the basil leaves on top.
- 6. Bake the casserole for 15 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden brown.
- 7. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before serving.
