🥯 Vanilla Pudding Pretzel Crumble with Berries

Ingrédients
- 250 g Pretzels (cut into cubes)
- 500 ml Cow's milk (1.5% fat)
- 40 g Sugar
- 30 g Cornstarch
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 200 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 10 g Butter
Préparation
- 1. Cut the pretzels into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Whisk cornstarch and sugar into the cold milk.
- 3. Heat the mixture in a pot while stirring constantly until it thickens.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
- 5. Place the pretzel cubes into two greased ramekins.
- 6. Pour the hot pudding mixture over the pretzels.
- 7. Place berries on top and dot with butter.
- 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
