🍦 Vanilla Caramel Ice Cream

Ingrédients
- 250 ml Heavy cream (min. 30% fat)
- 200 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 EL Vanilla extract
- 4 EL Caramel sauce
- 1 Prise Salt
Préparation
- 1. Add the cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a large bowl.
- 2. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.
- 3. Divide the mixture into four small containers. Distribute the caramel sauce into the containers and gently swirl it in, but avoid mixing completely to create streaks.
- 4. Pack the containers tightly and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
