  1. 1. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into cubes as well.
  2. 2. Mix the sweet potato and bell pepper cubes with the olive oil and paprika powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until crispy.
  4. 4. Rinse the kidney beans and corn in a sieve.
  5. 5. Take the vegetables out of the oven and mix them in a bowl with the drained beans and corn.
  6. 6. Serve the bowl with a dollop of yogurt on top and season to taste with salt.
