🥑 Quick Chicken Avocado Toast with Chili

Ingrédients
- 4 Scheiben Whole grain bread
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 TL Chili flakes
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Préparation
- 1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin strips.
- 2. Fry the chicken strips in the pan with one spoon of olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork.
- 4. Mix the avocado with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Toast the bread slices in the toaster or in the pan until crispy.
- 6. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast slices.
- 7. Place the fried chicken strips on top and sprinkle with chili flakes.
