🍐 Pear Chocolate Tartlets

Ingrédients
- 1 Rolle (500 g) Cookie dough (chilled, round)
- 3 Stück (festkochend) Pears
- 150 g Dark chocolate (55%)
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 1 EL Honey
- 1 TL Butter
Préparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 2. Cut the cookie dough into circles that fit into a muffin tin. Gently press the dough edges to form small tart shells.
- 3. Bake the tart shells blind (without filling) for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let them cool.
- 4. Peel the pears, remove the core, and slice them into thin wedges.
- 5. Sauté the pear wedges in a pan with butter for 3 minutes until tender. Remove from the pan.
- 6. Heat the cream in a small saucepan just before boiling. Remove from the heat.
- 7. Break the chocolate into the hot cream and stir until melted. Stir in the honey.
- 8. Fill the cooled tart shells with the pear wedges. Pour the chocolate cream over them.
- 9. Place the tartlets in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to let the filling set.
