🍽️ Crostini croustillants au fromage de chèvre et carottes au miel

Ingrédients
- Carottes 2 pièces
- Beurre 3 c. à soupe
- Miel 2 c. à café
- Vinaigre balsamique, clair 3 c. à soupe
- Sel pincée
- Poivre, noir moulu pincée
- Baguette 1 pièces
- Huile d'olive 2 c. à soupe
- Rouleau de fromage de chèvre 300 g
Préparation
- 1. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan mode.
- 2. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 3. Peel the carrots.
- 4. Cut off the hard ends of the carrots.
- 5. Cut the carrots lengthwise into four thin strips.
- 6. Halve these strips in the middle.
- 7. Heat butter in a pan over high heat.
- 8. Fry the carrot pieces for about three minutes.
- 9. Drizzle honey over the carrots.
- 10. Caramelize the carrots for two minutes.
- 11. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Reduce the heat to low.
- 14. Cover the pan.
- 15. Cook the carrots for about five minutes until they are soft.
- 16. Slice the baguette at a diagonal angle.
- 17. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 18. Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil.
- 19. Toast the slices in the oven for three minutes.
- 20. Remove the tray when the slices are golden brown.
- 21. Slice the goat cheese into thin slices.
- 22. Flip the toasted bread slices.
- 23. Top the slices with the cheese slices.
- 24. Place the tray back into the oven.
- 25. Grill the crostini for four minutes.
- 26. Remove them when the cheese is slightly melted.
- 27. Place the caramelized carrots on the crostini.
- 28. Serve the dish immediately.
