🍰 Chocolate Pudding with Raspberries and Roasted Almonds

Ingrédients
- raspberries, frozen 200 g
- almonds, sliced 2 tbsp
- milk 500 ml
- sugar 4 tbsp
- chocolate pudding powder 37 g
Préparation
- 1. Place the raspberries in a tall container.
- 2. Let the berries thaw slightly.
- 3. Put the almond flakes into a small pan.
- 4. Toast the almonds without oil until golden brown.
- 5. Remove the roasted almonds from the pan.
- 6. Place the almonds on a plate to cool down.
- 7. Puree the raspberries.
- 8. Mix the puree with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 9. Put 6 tablespoons of milk into a bowl.
- 10. Add sugar and pudding powder to the milk in the bowl.
- 11. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 12. Put the remaining milk into a pot.
- 13. Bring the milk in the pot to a boil.
- 14. Stir the mixed pudding mixture into the boiling milk.
- 15. Cook the mixture for about 1 minute while stirring continuously.
- 16. Reduce the heat.
- 17. Let the pudding simmer for about 4 minutes.
- 18. Continue cooking until the pudding is thick.
- 19. Distribute the chocolate pudding into bowls.
- 20. Add the raspberry puree over the pudding.
- 21. Sprinkle the roasted almonds over the pudding.
