  3. 3. Finely chop the broccoli florets or roughly crush them in a blender.
  4. 4. Mix 600 grams of broccoli with eggs, ground almonds, and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Distribute the mixture onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  7. 7. Press the mixture down to form four flat bases.
  8. 8. Bake the dough bases for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  10. 10. Halve the onions, peel them, and cut them into strips.
  11. 11. Tear the mozzarella into rough chunks.
  12. 12. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Sprinkle each pre-baked pizza base with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  14. 14. Top the pizzas with tomatoes, onions, mozzarella, and ham.
  15. 15. Bake the topped pizzas for about 10 minutes in the oven.
  16. 16. Drizzle the finished pizza with olive oil.
  17. 17. Sprinkle with the fresh basil and serve.
