  3. 3. Add the flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture.
  4. 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Drain the mozzarella.
  7. 7. Slice the mozzarella.
  8. 8. Wash the basil and dry the leaves thoroughly.
  9. 9. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 250 °C top/bottom heat.
  11. 11. Knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured surface.
  12. 12. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  13. 13. Roll the dough pieces into round pizza bases.
  14. 14. Place the pizza bases on trays lined with baking paper.
  15. 15. Spread 3 tablespoons of pureed tomatoes on each base.
  16. 16. Top the pizzas evenly with the mozzarella slices.
  17. 17. Season the pizzas with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Bake the pizzas one after another for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh basil leaves.
  20. 20. Serve the pizza immediately.
