  8. 8. Meanwhile, grate the zest of one orange.
  9. 9. Squeeze out 4 tablespoons of orange juice.
  10. 10. Set the orange juice and zest aside.
  11. 11. Add the orange zest, flour, butter, and vanilla sugar to the mixing container.
  12. 12. Knead the ingredients with the dough kneading attachment for 2 minutes.
  13. 13. Scrape the dough down from the inner wall with a spatula.
  14. 14. If the dough is too sticky, add up to 50 grams of flour.

  30. 30. Heat the mixture for 8 minutes on level 1 at 100 degrees Celsius.

  32. 32. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  35. 35. Roll both parts into rectangles with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
