🍽️ Antipasti Melon Hedgehogs

Ingrédients
- Honeydew melon 1 pc
- Mini mozzarella balls 250 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Basil, fresh 30 g
- Gouda, young, in a block 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Olives, black 50 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Préparation
- 1. Cut the honeydew melon in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the halves.
- 3. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls from the flesh.
- 4. Leave about one centimeter of flesh at the edge so the shell stays stable.
- 5. Place the melon halves upside down on a plate.
- 6. Poke holes all around the shell with a wooden skewer.
- 7. Place the mozzarella in a colander and let it drain.
- 8. Wash the parsley and half of the basil.
- 9. Shake the herbs dry.
- 10. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 11. Finely chop the leaves.
- 12. Place the chopped herbs on a plate.
- 13. Roll the mozzarella in the herb mixture.
- 14. Peel the Gouda cheese.
- 15. Cut the Gouda into small cubes.
- 16. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 17. Dry the tomatoes.
- 18. Wash the remaining basil.
- 19. Shake the basil dry.
- 20. Pluck the leaves from the stem.
- 21. Thread one piece of mozzarella, one tomato, and one basil leaf onto a skewer.
- 22. Season the skewer with pepper.
- 23. Insert the skewer into one of the prepared holes in a melon half.
- 24. Thread the Gouda cubes, melon balls, and olives onto separate skewers.
- 25. Arrange these skewers in the second melon half.
- 26. Serve the melon hedgehogs and enjoy.
